I'm getting annoyed

Why do republicans have the market on “scary” buzz words? Why do they have “big Government” and “Class Warfare”? Why does it seem the democrats always have to push back against them? Why won’t they start using simple phrases to get people riled up? How were republicans able to harm the idea of public health care; the idea that no matter what your station in life you are entitled to your health. How in the hell did they nearly lose that?

I’ll tell you the rhetoric in this country is disgusting, disingenuous, and at times pure evil. America has people running for government to perpetuate their own power, not to save the people from the tyranny of the aristocracy and when that happens revolt is not far away. Don’t let anyone fool you America has an aristocracy, the corporations, such as Goldman Sachs, or GM are America’s aristocracy.

The aristocracy wants to oppress the people, while all the people want is to not be oppressed; it is the purpose of government to save the people from the aristocracy, and nowadays I’m having a hard time believing our government is fulfilling its sole purpose.

A thought on the contraception issue, and other stuff

The attacks on health care, specifically the recent attacks on contraception coverage show, once again, who a lot of people in our government answer to; the corporations. Our government has been and will continue to pull itself away from the consent of the people. I know it’s not just the GOP, but they make themselves easy targets, and they are the ones supporting this issue. The smaller government they want, isn’t one that gets out of the people’s way and just ensures that they have the right to life, liberty, and property; the government they seem to want is one that subsidizes oil, curbs our ability to call them out, and allow corporations to choose the people who run this country. Luckily this issue will be easy to resolve, because of the first amendment problems it will run in to, but the government will still try to skew things in favor of the wealthy in the future.

I will write a few more posts detailing some of the things I talked about in this one, such as government subsidies, the elite class choosing our representatives, and the government operating without our consent

Also in the future I hope the structure and writing of my posts become cleaner and nicer to read.
